Policies Regarding Personal Training Sessions:

Cancellations

In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact your trainer at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or you will be charged of that session. Please understand that there are people waiting for open spots on the schedule, and giving us the proper notice allows us to fill the time slot. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter.

Refunds

There will be no refunds given for training session packages purchased. Sessions are non-transferable as they are designed just for you.

Payment

Payment is required in full before sessions begin. Session payments are non-refundable. Single and 5 session packets are good for 90 days from the ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. Packages of 10 are are good for 180 days from the ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE.

Tardiness

Client arriving late use the remaining time allotted, but will be charged for the full session. Trainer arriving late will charge according to the actual time trained.
