Sign up for our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Boot Camp and be prepared for a total body workout, combining innovative kickboxing drills with high-intensity cardio in a fun, upbeat, and safe class. Chief Instructor Raz Chan brings his boot camp techniques to a class that will have you seeing results in four weeks.

We are now accepting registrations for Women's Only Cardio Kickboxing Boot Camp (Non-Contact) for April 2010.
