In this section, we answer some of your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS:

Q: Do I have to fill out all the forms before attending class?

A: If you are a NEW participant, you will need to complete the PAR-Q, the Goal-Setting Form, and the Waiver form. Attach all three forms with your Registration Form and payment and either mail or hand-deliver to us in person prior to the first class. The three forms are required to ensure that you are physically able to take our classes and to give us an indication of your fitness level. Note: if you answer Yes on any of the PAR-Q questions, you will be required to provide a doctor's note authorizing approval to take the class.

If you are a PREVIOUS participant, you will only need to complete the one-page registration form, available online, and attach to your payment. To keep our client records current, we appreciate being kept updated if you have changed any of your personal information (e.g. email, phone, address, physician, emergency contact info).

Q: Do you offer pro-rated or drop-in rates for the Boot Camp or Spousal/Partner Cardio Kickboxing classes?

A: Our fitness classes are programmed for maximum impact on a four-week cycle (one month). For this reason and to see and feel real results we do not have drop-in sessions for any of our classes. If the classes are not convenient for your schedule, we recommend looking at our Personal Training services (available for individual, pair, or group).

Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: The registration form you signed is a binding contract for services to be rendered in the session and time slot you registered for. We are not obligated to extend services beyond what has been agreed upon. Once signed there are NO REFUNDS unless you cannot continue due to medical reasons which require a doctor's note. Medical reasons are defined as factors that physically prohibit you from participating in class (i.e documented injuries, pregnancy). This does not include common colds, flus, and general fatigue. Participants who fail to show up for scheduled sessions will not be refunded, credited, or transferred to the next month. To ensure the best value for your fitness needs and time commitments, we encourage you to explore our other service options if you feel you have scheduling concerns.

Q: I registered and paid for the current session. However, I find myself busy at work/need to take care of my kids/have upcoming vacation plans/have exams etc. Can I get a get a refund or credit my classes to the following month?

A: Per our registration policy, we do not provide refunds or credit for missed sessions, with the exception of medically-documented reasons. This policy is approved and acknowledged by each participant upon signing our Registration Forms, and is respectful of those who have committed to our Bootcamp schedule. It also ensures that a paid spot is reserved and therefore prevents us from selling to another person who may have wanted a spot.

Please do not treat your registration as a punch card. By adhering to our registration policy, we are able to continue delivering our level of service and programming to new and returning clients.

Q: If I miss some classes can I make them up by attending another time slot?

A: We do not offer make up classes. You are responsible for attending the session and time slot you selected.

CLASS QUESTIONS:

Q: Do I have to spar?

A: This is an non-contact class which focuses on improving an individuals fitness level through kickboxing. While some technique is shown it's main objective is to help people improve their physical fitness levels rather than learning how to fight.

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Boxing gloves and handwraps are mandatory for all Boot Camp and Cardio Kickboxing classes. We also suggest bringing a bottle of water, a small towel, and a yoga/exercise mat for the ab work out.

Q: I'm not sure that my fitness level is high enough to take a Boot Camp class, do you have to be fit to take these classes?

A: Our classes are created for all fitness levels as we have beginners, intermediates, and advanced clients in our classes and foster an environment where fitness is fun and safe, while incorporating a structured cardio workout. For those with prior injuries or health concerns, we can provide modifications and alternative exercises as required.
