I love the variety of the drills. You never get bored, each class comprises of various intense activities that are always challenging and yet lots of fun. You get out of the class what you put in. I like when Raz says if you half-ass it, you won't feel like you're getting a workout so try harder and step up the intensity because it's true--the workouts are always hard if you put the effort in.

Very similar to the way I was taught in previous cardio kickboxing classes. A fun and hard class! Excellent! Have recommended to many others and will tell more people. Thanks for a great bootcamp!

Boot Camp has been an amazing experience. In the first 4 weeks I noticed weight loss and strength gain all while gaining a huge amount of energy. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel great.

The workout was great. I had a so much fun going through the new moves that I didn't realize it was such a total body conditioning until the next day. I definitely felt that recognizable tenderness from a good workout. These sessions are a great confidence builder. Even after just one session, I felt empowered knowing that I could resort to some of these moves to protect myself if the situation ever arose. The exercises were fun and easy to do. You could exert yourself to the any level of intensity that you wanted to achieve for each move. The personalized coaching segment was excellent. Your customized training technique depending on the client was well suited to my introductory level. I felt refreshed for the rest of the day.


I would recommend this workout to my friends and colleagues. One aspect that I liked about this session is that the workout didn't need to be done daily to glean the benefits. With my busy schedule this would work out nicely. I noticed that when I was at the gym, I became quite focused on the workout. The session cleared my mind and helped to release a lot of tension that had been built up during the week. Best of all I left the place without a single bruise!

The work out was great. I was actually sore today (a good sore), the kind of sore you only get from a good work out. Raz didn’t pace us to fast, and you coached me through the basics, and provided excellent positive feedback that was encouraging. 45-60 minutes was perfect to get the heart rate up and get a variety of exercises done. The time went by fast because we were having fun doing the exercises.
