We are the home and ORIGINAL creators of the worlds first Women's Kickboxing Boot Camp combining training and conditioning techniques from boxing, mixed martial arts, and traditional body weight exercises to help make a better and healthier you. Since 2005 our offerings include just ladies fitness kickboxing boot camps, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense seminars catering to the Vancouver, Burnaby, and Metrotown area.
Suitable for the individual, group, or corporate workplace, we bring our exercise techniques direct to you to keep you motivated, engaged, and, most importantly, results-oriented.
