Raz Chan Fitness & Sports Performance Therapy specializes in women’s cardio kickboxing boot camps and one-on-one assisted fascial stretch therapy. Raz Chan is the originator of women’s high-impact kickboxing workouts in the Vancouver and Burnaby area, which we’ve been running since 2005. In addition to our workouts, we offer Fascial Stretch Therapy™, which is used today by many professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, UFC, and US Olympic teams to improve sports performance and increase flexibility.
